Delete Policy – Billion Pay

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data collected and stored by Billion Pay / Billion Pay, operated by Billion Pay. This includes, but is not limited to:

- KYC documents and identification details (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, bank details)

- Any other information collected during the use of our services

To request deletion of your data from Billion Pay / Billion Pay, you may:

3. Verification Process

- A copy of your government-issued photo ID

- OTP verification or callback from our support team

4. Processing Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 15 business days of successful verification. If there are delays due to legal, technical, or compliance issues, we will notify you with an expected timeline.

5. Exceptions to Deletion

Certain data may be retained as per legal and regulatory requirements. These include:

- Anti-money laundering (AML) or tax-related obligations

- Legal compliance or fraud prevention

All retained data will be securely stored until no longer legally required.

6. Consequences of Deletion

Upon deletion:

- Your Billion Pay account will be permanently deactivated

- All personal data and transaction history will be removed

- You will lose access to the Billion Pay platform and its services

- Re-registration will be required for future use
